March Break 2016 TBR!

Hi everyone!

I haven’t written a blog post in quite a while, and it sure is good to be back! This march break, I want to get a lot of blog stuff done! I want to schedule a ton of posts and change up my theme a little bit, as well as read a few books! March Break starts tomorrow (technically Monday) for me! Most people call it Spring Break, but I like to call it March Break!

Here are some books I want to read this upcoming week!

The first book I MUST READ this winter break is Winter by Marissa Meyer! I bought this THE DAY it came out, and I still haven’t finished it! This happened to me with Cress, too. I think the size of this book intimidates me. Plus, one of my best friends Jordyn has been begging me to read this book, and I really really want to!!

I then want to read The Boy in the Striped Pajamas by John Boyne. I bought this book a while ago on Book Outlet. I believe I’ve read it before, but I don’t remember much of it so I want to read it again. We are reading The Wave at school after the break, so I want to read something about the Holocaust on my own time before diving into the Wave at school.

If I’ve finished the 2 previous books, I really want to pick up Unhooked by Lisa Maxwell! I am currently binge watching Once Upon a Time and LOVING IT!!!!! So, I figured a fairy-tale retelling of Peter Pan would be amazing to read now! I received this book from Simon and Schuster Canada 2 weeks ago, and I can’t wait to start it!

Those are the books I want to read during March/Spring Break! Check out the books I had on my reading list for last March Break here! Let me know what you plan on reading in the comments below!

Good Night Book Owls!

February 2016 TBR

Hi everyone!

This post was supposed to go up on Saturday, but I was busy so I’m posting it today!

January was a big reading fail for me. Last January I read 9 books which was amazing! So to think that I only read 1 this January is a tad sad. Hopefully this month I can change that. Already a week has gone by in February, so hopefully I’ll be able to read a ton in the next 3 weeks. I already have a few ARCs coming in from Raincoast, and hopefully one from Simon and Schuster Canada… Yes, they got back to me and were as sweet as ever (don’t know what I’m talking about? Click here)! Hopefully those books will make me more motivated to read a lot this month!

Anyways, let’s get to the books!

I received an ARC of Ice Like Fire all the way back from HCC Frenzy, and I still haven’t started this trilogy! It sounds so different from other YA/Dystopian novels, and it has some really amazing reviews! I can’t wait to read it. Thanks for the ARC of Ice Like Fire Harper Collins Canada!

I requested this book a while ago from Harper Collins Canada, and now that I finally have it, I can’t wait to read it! I have yet to read Amy Zhang’s previous book Falling Into Place, but hopefully after finishing this book I will want to read her previous one soon! This is Where the World Ends by Amy Zhang comes out March 22, 2016.

Finally I want to read Flawed by Cecelia Ahern. I recieved an ARC 0f this book at the Raincoast Teen Preview, and it looks really really interesting!

Those are all of the books I want to read this month. I think that this should be a pretty realistic amount of novels I can read, but I guess we’ll see in my February Wrap-Up!

Holiday Reaing: Winter Break TBR

Hi everyone!

Today, I’m going to share with you my Winter Break TBR! I officially start winter break today (December 19), so I planned out a few books to read!

This will not include my Holiday Booktubeathon TBR, I will be posting that on Sunday!

The first book I plan on reading is Genius by Leopoldo Gout. I just received this book from Raincoast Canada and I am so excited to read it, it sounds amazing!

The second book I plan on reading is Where You’ll Find Me by Natasha Friend. I received this book from Raincoast Canada last month and I plan on reading it now as it (again) sounds SO GOOD!

I then want to read Say What You Will by Cammie Mcgovern. I have been wanting to read this for such a long time and I think that now would be a good time to read this!

Finally, I plan on reading A Step Toward Falling by Cammie Mcgovern. I got an ARC of this book at Frenzy Presents and I haven’t read it yet so I need to!! I want to read Say What You Will first, so that’s why her first book is in my TBR too!

I hope that you enjoyed my Winter Break TBR! Let me know what your reading for the break in the comments below!

Bout of Books TBR 14.0 TBR!

Hi everyone!

Today, I’m going to be sharing with you my BOB 14.0 TBR!

It’s getting really good… but after I’m finished with this one I will definitely be picking up a cutesy contemporary!

Next and finale, I plan on reading A Step Toward Falling, as I signed up for a blog tour for this book, and want to read it just incase I get chosen to participate!

Sorry if this TBR has been short, I haven’t really been in an awesome reading mood, so I figured that 2 books would be good!

Let me know what you plan on reading in the comments below!

August TBR 2015!

Hi guys!

I feel like it’s been such a long time since I’ve sat down and just written a post. July has been quite the month for me. I’ve done 2 dance recitals at the camp I am at, while having about 6 1/2 sick days. Over the course of the past 4 weeks, I have only read one book, The Land of Stories 4 by Chris Colfer. And in no doubt, I can say that it was AMAZING! The series was only meant to have 4 books in it, but now will be expanded to 5. What am I going to do once it’s over?!

Now to the actual post, this TBR will be kind of WeIrD…
Technically, it will only be the books I will be reading from August 9-22. The 3-9, I will be participating in Booktubeathon, and I will be posting my TBR for that tomorrow. Then, the August 23-September 7, I believe I will be hosting a readathon, as I am on a break for 2 weeks from camp, as the 8 school will be starting for me! So, my TBR for my readathon, plus more info about it will be coming out shortly.

Finally, here are the books I am planning on reading…

I will be starting off with wrapping up The Hunger Games Series. I read The Hunger Games in January (check out my book review here) and I read Catching Fire in February, and LOVED IT MORE! It has been long overdue, and I’m finally going to finish up this series!

Next, I plan on reading The Iron Trial. I got this book at a local school bookfair (check out my haul from the bookfair here), and have been wanting to read this for a while!

Finally, I want to read To All The Boy’s I’ve Loved Before. Another one that I’ve been wanting to read for a while but I haven’t had time yet!

Those are all of the books I want to read in the “middle” 2 weeks in July! See you guys tomorrow!

Good Night Book Owls!

June TBR

Hi everyone!

Welcome to my June TBR Post! I’m super excited for this month because I finish school in about 3 weeks, and feel like I will read a lot!

The first book I am going to finish is Kissing in America by Margo Rabb. I’ve read 2/4 of this book, and I’m still not to sure how I feel about it yet. I received an ARC copy from HarperCanada/HarperTeen.

I am then going to take a break from ARCs and read Stargirl by Jerry Spinelli.

Next, I will be reading this book from Penguin Canada, as my review will be going up soon!

Finally, I am going to read The War Against the Assholes, which I was given an ARC from Penguin Canada!

Those are all of the books I plan on reading this month! Let me know what books you guys are planning on reading in the comments below!
