As most of you know, I celebrate Hanukkah and not Christmas. So, I thought that I would show you what I received as a “bookish” present from my parents for Hanukkah!

As most of you know, I love The Land Of Stories series by Chris Colfer! My parents are quite aware of this, and bought me the brand new box set with 2 mini stories! I am so excited to start reading these stories!

Today marks a special day in Reading, reading, READING History! 2 Years ago today, I started this blog! It is/was of the best decisions I have ever made!

I feel like this blog just turned 1 a few months ago! This year truly flew by, and it feels like 2016 is going to be flying by even faster!

I’d like to thank you a few people for making me always feel motivated to write my blog posts! Firstly my lovely parents who comment on almost every single blog post. Next, my wonderful friends! Specifically, Jordyn Sz, Jordan, Ariel, Zen, Anusha and Naomi. Finally all of the amazing publishing houses I’m in contact with! Simon and Schuster for being the first publishing house to let me read and review books for. Harper Collins Canada for the amazing tweets, ARCs and Frenzy events. Penguin Canada for the amazing books. Raincoast Teen for the amazing events and monthly newsletters. Clean Teen Publishing for the awesome experiences and Facebook group! And I’m sure I’m missing a few, but thanks to every single one of you!

Finally, a big thank you to everyone of my “Book Owls” for reading my posts! I cannot believe that this year I hit 100 followers, and I hope that my blog expands more and more!

December has always been a super fun bloggy month for me! I actually created my blog in December 2013, and I always feel very inspired around this time of the year!

If you didn’t know, last year I launched a “Blog Series” called “Holiday Reading”. It turned out super well, and I had so many more viewers and followers because of it. You can read all of the 2014 posts here. 

Since it turned out so well, I figured I would do it again this year! So, from December 6 (TODAY) until December 27, you can come back to check for new posts!

This year, there is going to be a little twist! Hanukkah falls on the evening of December 6 – December 14, so since I celebrate it I thought that during the next 8 days, I will have some Hanukkah posts, and then from December 15 until December 27, I will have more Christmas/winter themed posts!

Hi everyone!

Long time no blog! I’ve been so busy with events and school that blogging has really not been a top priority. I’m going to try to blog at least 3-4 times a week, but taking a short break has got the wheels all geared up for some new and fun posts!

Today, I will be sharing with you some very exciting news! If you did not know, The Land Of Stories series by Chris Colfer is one of my all time favourites! 

A few days back Chris Colfer came out with some exciting news!

1. The series is going to be 6 books instead of just 5!!!
2. There will be a graphic novel all about Goldilocks in Fall of 2016, after the 6 and final book is released.
3. There will be a “FairyTale Treasury” box set coming out this Christmas, with 2 new short novels.

This was all of the exciting news! I’m so excited for Chris Colfer, as well as where TLOS will go next… possibly a movie?!
