Holiday Reading: 12 Days of Books Tag!

Hey guys!

Today I’m going to be doing the 12 Days of Books Tag! I was not tagged by anyone, but I thought it would be SUPER fun! This tag was created by one of my favourite book bloggers, Ashley from Down the Book Hole, here’s the original tag:! Lets get started!

On the first day of Christmas
my true love sent to me:
A Partridge in a Pear Tree  : The Partridge Stood Alone In The Pear Tree? What is Your Favorite Stand Alone?

My favourite stand alone is Since You’ve Been Gone by Morgan Matson! I was fortunate enough to receive this book from Simon and Schuster Canada! Although, this book is more about the summer time, I still love it anyways! Here’s my review for it:!

On the second day of Christmas
my true love sent to me:
Two Turtle Doves : Love Is In The Air, Who Is You OTP?

OTPs are always so hard for me to chose, because I have SO MANY favourites! But, I think I’m going to have to go with Cinder and Prince Kai from Cinder by Marrisa Meyer! Through all of the obstacles that both of them face, they still keep there love for eachother at heart!

On the third day of Christmas
my true love sent to me:
Three French Hens :  In The Spirit Of Threes, What Is The Best Trilogy Your Have Read?

The best trilogy that I have ever read is by far Divergent by Veronica Roth! I, to this day, am STILL OBSESSED with the Divergent trilogy! Here’s my MOVIE review for Divergent:

On the fourth day of Christmas
my true love sent to me:
Four Calling Birds : Since Series Usually Consist of Four or More Books What Is Your Favorite Series?

My favourite series consits of my ALL TIME FAVOURITE BOOKS! That series is The Land Of Stories by Chris Colfer! I’m obsessed with those books, and always will be! The fourth one is coming out in July 2015 and the LAST one is coming out the summer of 2016! I need them both now!!!!

On the fifth day of Christmas
my true love sent to me:
Five Golden Rings : One Ring To Rule Them All! Who is Your Favorite Villain/Antagonist?

Villain’s are such a key thing in all books! My favourite villain is Sophie from The School For Good and Evil by Soman Chainani. Although, I didn’t really like the story, I LOVED Sophie and Agatha!

On the sixth day of Christmas
my true love sent to me:
Six Geese a Laying : Creation Is A Beautiful Thing! What is Your Favorite World/World-Building?

My favourite world building book is the whole Harry Potter Series! I know you guys are going to MURDER ME because of this, but I have only read the first Harry Potter book! Hopefully, one day I will finish the series!

On the seventh day of Christmas
my true love sent to me:
Seven Swans a Swimming: Who Needs Seven Swans When All It Takes Is One Good Animal Sidekick To Make A Hero Rock! Who Is Your Favorite Animal Sidekick?

My favorite side kick is the little rat that Amy Gumm has from the book Dorothy Must Die by Danielle Paige! Her second book is coming out so soon! Can’t wait for it like me? Read the novella’s! Here’s my book review:!

On the eighth day of Christmas
my true love sent to me:

On the ninth day of Christmas
my true love sent to me:
Nine Ladies Dancing : Dancing is Just One Skill of a Lady! Who is Your Favorite Kickass Female Lead?

My favorite kick-ass character is Katniss from The Hunger Games!

On the tenth day of Christmas
my true love sent to me:
Ten Lords a Leaping: Leaping Lords? How About Who Is Your Favorite Leading Lad?

My favourite leading lad is Tobias from Four: A Divergent Collection!

On the eleventh day of Christmas
my true love sent to me:
Eleven Pipers Piping: Where Would We Be Without Music? What Is Your Favorite Book or Bookish Thing That Deals With Music? (It can be about music, reference music a lot etc.)

Pretty much, all of Morgan Matson’s books have music as a huge theme! I didn’t want to repeat the same book twice, so I’m choosing Amy & Roger’s Epic Detour by Morgan Matson. I have yet to read this book, but I KNOW it’s going to be AMAZING!

On the twelfth day of Christmas
my true love sent to me:
12 Drummers Drumming: Drum Roll Please…………………….What Is Your Favorite Read of This Year?

I don’t really have a favourite book of this year chosen yet, because I’m still planning on reading more for the rest of the month, but for now it’s going to be The Land of Stories: A Grimm Warning by Chris Colfer!
